Listening to 2AM live was lovely. They sound just like the CD, but I conclude that V.O.S harmonizes slightly better. Jo Kwon isn’t as short as he seems; in fact he’s even taller than the emcee who I’m guessing is around Singapore average? I would have loved to know whether they look better in person or not, but sadly my eyesight is screwed to the extent that I thought they were wearing black & that three of them were in sleeveless tops, but as you can tell by the above photo I am en route to blindness. Either that, or I hallucinate.
On a side note, I’m not really enjoying this sudden influx of Korean showcases because I feel like I’m being cheated of my money! Not that they aren’t good, but I paid $36 for a 36 minute showcase to watch 2AM sing four miserable songs on a boring stage with no lights, no backup dancers & a sound system that doesn’t do them justice. I’d much rather pay more for a proper concert. Zzz.
Sigh. We fangirls (& fanboys) need to stop being exploited, but… it’s so hard to resist! *bangs head against wall* T^T
